Frequently Asked Questions

Ally has built a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to facilitate the perfect transaction between merchants, service providers, and customers. To learn more, please visit:

The Ally Platform can be used to deliver pretty much anything, though our current areas of focus is providing delivery services for restaurants. There are certain things we don’t deliver at the moment, such as marijuana.

To get started, please download the app using one of the following links:

The Delivery Fee is calculated automatically using an algorithm that takes into account several different factors such as distance, traffic, travel time, etc. If you have any questions about a specific delivery, please reach out to [email protected]

Funds earned from Monday through Sunday are automatically transferred to your account via Standard Transfer for free every Monday. It may take up to 2 business days for funds to appear in your bank account. If Monday falls on a banking holiday, please allow an extra day. Within the next few weeks, we’re rolling out on-demand Standard Transfers (Fee: $.50) and Instant Transfers (Fee: $2.00).

Unlike some platforms, Ally does not take any portion of the delivery fee or tip. What you see is what the merchant or customer is pays. There’s no gimmick and no hidden fees. When we say we pass on 100% of the Delivery Fee and Tip, we mean it!

Ally passes on 100% of the Delivery Fee and Tip for each order. In any month where you earn $1,100 or more in Delivery Fees and Tips, Ally charges a $100 Subscription Fee to use the Platform. In any month where you earn less than $1,100 or less, there is no fee. You are only charged for months in which you earn more than $1,100. To learn more, please visit:

You are notified of orders via in-app push notifications and/or SMS notifications. To view the order details and accept an order, go into the Service Ally app, mark yourself as, “On Duty,” and accept the orders you’re available to complete. Please make sure the ZIP Code at the top of the orders page in the Service Ally App is correct. When you accept an order, you take complete responsibility for the sucessful delivery of that order.

Ally may be just getting started in your area so order volume could be low. Sometimes you may recieve a notification for an order, but by the time you go to view the order, another user may have accepted it.

You may use alternative vehicles, such as a motorized scooter, moped, or bicycle to complete deliveries. To sign up using an alternative vehicle, please sign up in the app and provide as much information as you can. Once complete, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, telephone number, and provide the details of your alternative vehicle.
